"Staff at Silver Legacy and Circus were excellent. Eldorado coffee shop staff were rude. I was extremely shocked. It felt like we were imposing; interrupted their personal conversations. Our room was clean. The room service personnel were nice and helpful. Everything was great until we went to El Dorado. Silver Legacy and Circus I will go to again. Never El Dorado."

"I loved the staff all of the were very helpful. The pool was clean and so nice. Casino was ok but smelled bad in some places. The room was never cleaned by house keepers we were there for 5 days. Had to ask twice to get towels picked up for two days."
