Circus Circus Reno – A Caesars Rewards Destination
10/10 Excellent
"We’ve stayed here multiple times for sports tournaments and even just for little family getaways, and my kids never get tired of this place. We had originally booked somewhere else this past weekend, but at the last minute the kids wanted to switch back here because they love it so much. The hotel showed sold out on their website, but thankfully we were able to find availability through Expedia. Even with the last-minute change, the casino and hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and made everything smooth and stress-free. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Parking was easy, and honestly we barely had to leave the property because everything was there — entertainment, food, snacks, and little goodies that made the stay fun and convenient for the whole family. As a traveling sports family, we really appreciate places that make things easy and enjoyable, and this location always does. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is great, and it’s become one of our family’s favorite places to stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!"

Peppermill Resort Spa Casino
2/10 Terrible
"The room was really far from the main entrance, I had a wagon full of kids stuff and had to take 2 elevators and a set of stairs that there was no way around. Staff could not accommodate. The A/C did not work, no windows so it was extremely uncomfortable. I am not the one to complain but this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had."

J Resort
8/10 Good
"The property was clean and well maintained overall, however, the bathroom floors in our room were dirty. The beds were ok, we had to request extra blankets as there was no comforter on them. We only had one bath towel and had to ask for more. There is no supervision at the pool to enforce the rules, so there were a lot of kids that where not accompanied by an adult."

Comfort Inn & Suites Salt Lake City I-80 I-15 Downtown
8/10 Good
"The property over all was great and had a nice off leash dog park across the street. The only thing the pool was out of service during our whole stay. 3 days 2 nights."

Little America Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Elegance and warmth in one lovely hotel. Great location for downtown SLC exploring and dining. Staff were efficient and professional with a smile for everyone. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Amazing tub and shower combo with amazing water pressure. Spectacular views."

Nugget Casino Resort
8/10 Good
"Overall good experience, great stay if you have kids and affordable. The elevator on the casino side is undergoing construction so expect to be frustrated."

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
6/10 Okay
"The elevators were taking too long so we had to take the stairs and OMG i felt like we were walking into a horror movie. There was so much debri it was so dark which could have led to a safety hazard at the last set of stairs we had to take. It even looked like a homeless person was staying down there once upon a time. The whole time I was walking down there, I was waiting for a Rat to jump out at me, that's how bad it was. There was even a old pillow full of what looked like piss on it. We came out of there feeling very dirty and disgusted. The property is very old light fixtures are broken and looks like they r trying to renovate over it in a very cheap way. The stairs were located by the back parking lot. Something so easy as using a leaf blower and once a week observation in all stairwells can avoid this hot mess."

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
10/10 Excellent
"I have been to Salt Lake City three times, and this is the hotel I recommend. It offers a good price, is close to downtown, and includes breakfast. It isn't the most luxurious place, but it is very good."

Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe
4/10 Poor
"Bait and switch. Our reservation was quoted at $215 and somehow ended up at $280 after all the added fees. The Golden Nugget is the Spirit Airlines of hotels — they charge you for everything: $25 parking, $25 for early check-in (even one minute before 4pm), $40 resort fees, late checkout fees... What made it worse was the check-in experience. They force everyone to wait until exactly 4pm, so naturally a large line forms all at once. I arrived at 2pm and they wouldn’t let me into the room a minute early unless I paid extra. By 4pm, I stood in line nearly 30 minutes while only two front desk employees handled the crowd. It completely changed the tone of the trip. I wanted this stay to feel special, but the hotel experience took away from that. The room itself felt tired and outdated, and the water pressure was deplorable. And the air conditioning unit in the room sounded like a hamster wheel on steroids. With the number of hotel choices available in the Tahoe area, I wouldn’t stay here again."
