“We had a lovely stay at Altes Landhaus Country Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and were made to feel truly special. We were in town for the 5 Shy Meerkats tour, which we would highly recommend, and also enjoyed an ostrich safari. Thanks to a brochure from the hotel, we even received a discount. “Amazing location if you wish to disconnect from the city life. You’ll have to drive about 12km on a gravel road after you go through the main gate (this is where google map stops). I recommend a car with good ground clearance (Toyota cross worked great for me). The night sky is very clear if you’re a stargazer and the SALT Telescope is about 45 mins drive.
