"We stayed on the 15th floor, our room had an amazing view of the falls. We paid for the view and Jacuzzi tub in the room. Both of those were better than expected. As for the room itself, if you took the view in the hot tub out of the room, I would never consider staying at that hotel. The wallpaper and the walls were peeling, the air conditioner, and bathroom vents were clogged with dust. Outdated room with an amazing view. With some updates to the room that could be one of the nicest experiences somebody could have."

"The bed should be more comfortable They should spend $50 /room and get some mattress toppers The linen was clean but the comforter had seen better days ,again a cheap fix.Alsoa soap dish in the bathroom is pretty basic stuff."

"Todo excelente, los empleados muy amables y solidarios, en especial una camarera del Steak house su nombre es Jass ( creo que se escribe asi) fue extraordinaria, siempre atenta a mi mesa, muy cordial y servicial. Lo único que no me gustó fue que pagué 100 CAD más impuesto por el valet parking (no me explicaron como funcionaba) no pueden asumir que todos los clientes saben las cosas, si me habrían explicado que de todos modos podia parquear mi carro por mi cuenta y salia mas económico lo hubiese hecho yo misma, porque me cobran valet parking y como quiera el vehiculo no estaba en un parqueo techado. Fuera de esa situación, todo excelente."
