"Stayed one night. It was everything we needed. - quiet, clean, comfy, nice view. Hated the toilet paper lol but not enough to give a bad rating. Will book again (and bring our own roll)"

"The manager was mean and not understanding and had horrible customer service. The towels had stains on them. The carpet smelled mildewy. Just definitely did not look like a 4 star hotel."

"If you like to walk this is the place to be, if not the local train transportation was at the corner (about 3 buildings away). The staff was friendly and informative of the area. It has underground parking available."

"Lovely hotel and well worth the money. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the front desk staff who were amazing. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and the shower was a treat in the mornings. Pool area was relaxing and comfortable and spotless. Don't be fooled by the somewhat brutalist exterior of the hotel - it really is a great place to stay, ideally located about 5 mins walk to the subway and the Eaton Centre. Hop on Hop off bus stops close by and most of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. Didn't use the in house dining facilities as there are plenty of places nearby, although slightly disappointed that some of the in house hospitality areas were closed when we were there but overall it didn't affect our stay that much. Will definitely be back next time we visit Toronto."

"There was nothing I didn’t like except the quality at the Brazilian steak house, meats all tasted exactly the same. The first night our A/C was not working, I reached out while we were at dinner and when we got back to the room it was fixed. Staff was friendly and helpful! I will stay here every time I come to Niagara Falls Canada."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I had a reservation at Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites, but shortly before my stay, I was diagnosed with COVID-19 and was physically unable to travel or check in. Due to my condition and recovery, I unfortunately missed the cancellation window. I fully explained the situation to the hotel, sincerely apologized, and even offered to provide medical documentation. However, despite the exceptional circumstances, the hotel refused any flexibility whatsoever — no partial refund, no future stay credit, and no goodwill consideration. I understand cancellation policies exist, but I expected at least some level of empathy and customer care for a genuine medical emergency. The response felt very rigid and indifferent. This experience left a very negative impression, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel based on how they handled the situation."
