“The front desk employees were very nice. However the staff that does the breakfast was ok we asked if there was anymore eggs she gave us a look like we were disturbing her and when I ask her where was the ultensils she came out rude and sarcastic. They need more training on hospitality. So we took whatever was left mind you for three people was nothing and to be honest those eggs were horrible. The breakfast needs to be better.”

“It was inconvenient to bring luggage to the second floor without elevator. The lodge rooms were in a separate building with an access key needed every time entering the main door.
We have been charged very high rates for the least amount of amenities. On top of it they charged extra for the water bottles.
The lodge location was 40 min away from my destination the letchworth state park.”
