"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

The staff is excellent, friendly and accommodating. Considering all the hotels where we’ve stayed Sonesta has become our favorite. It was our best experience. We highly recommend Sonesta."
