"The hotel was fine but getting in touch with them for a lost and found item after my stay has been impossible. It's been a week and I started contacting them the day I checked out about items left in the room. I have left 3 voicemails and an online form and have not heard a peep."

"The engineered flooring was more desirable than old carpet, but it needs to me cleaned/mopped on a regular basis. It wasn’t bad but it could’ve been cleaner. The complement of housewares was lacking, specifically the silverware. The plates were mostly dirty so I ran the dishwasher with everything I would use. The pool area is very small and was extremely crowded but that’s not a flaw or issue. I will definitely return but maybe midweek next time."

"For our very short stay the room was beautiful! It was clean, the bed was comfy and the couch was comfy. The ONLY thing is that I fell getting out of the shower because the floors get very wet from condensation. Maybe put fans in the bathrooms to help."
