De accommodatie is rustig gelegen en de kamers bieden veel privacy en een prachtig uitzicht. Met de bushalte vlak voor de deur kun je makkelijk op de toeristische trekpleisters komen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en denkt graag met je mee.

Epic Suites Hotel is set in the perfect location to explore the whole island. Local buses are cheap and regular and the red beach is an easy walk away. We had the most amazing holiday and so glad we stayed in this beautiful location and found this gem of a hotel where we were so looked after by Raphael, who provided the most lovely breakfast direct to our room every morning! This was an amazing and relaxing start to our busy days exploring this wonderful island. I would return in a heartbeat!

An amazing stay
We were in the Royal Suite. The view was absolutely breathtaking, best on the island with 180 degrees Caldera view. The bedroom had shutters, great to sleep well and it's quiet. Clean bathroom with a great view too. Nice, firm mattress. The private terrace is lovely and the jacuzzi is heated, perfect temperature, it's bliss. Rafaella at reception was knowledgeable and lovely, always happy to help, so thank you Rafaella :-) . We were lucky enough to be given early check in and late check out, that was very much appreciated, thank you for this. Breakfast is served in the room, so we can eat in front of the caldera view, it's amazing. I'd say 2 things could be improved : -The breakfast was varied and there was a good choice to choose from, but on both mornings, some items were missing and no explanation was given. It's not much but it's about expectations. I understand it's the end of the season so everything may not be available, but just let me know about it. The 2nd day we had no knife for breakfast so it was difficult to spread the butter. -Tap water is not drinkable, we knew this so had bottles, but in that kind of high end establishment, it would be nice to be given at least one bottle to drink on arrival, there is a minibar but you need to pay for it. I think that given the high end prestations of the hotel a bottle of water and free tea/ coffee in the room would be good to have, as all other hotels this level have. Then it'd be absolutely perfect❤️!!!

Unser Apartment hatte eine atemberaubende Aussicht mit Yacuzzi . Rafaella von der Rezeption erfûllte uns jeden Wunsch, hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren Ende September 2022 auf Santorin für 4 Tage. Klaus

The location was ideal for a quiet break and we felt safe. The property was clean and well looked after. The views were specular, while relaxing in hot tub or enjoying the swimming pool. The staff were so very helpful and kind. Thanks to Julia and Rafaela. Rafaela was so kind in her recommendations of places to visit, helping us to enjoy our stay and her passion for her job was such a joy. We were close to the village, which had several restaurants and other amenities. The Black and Red beaches were close by. The bus stop was just outside the gate of the property and the buses were regular. We had such a good time, we will definitely be going back.

Rafaela was amazing and her suggestions were perfect and insightful. Close to minimarket. Save yourself hassle and wait to book car or excursions. They can book it all for you for less and it's all prearranged. We rented a car with her help and it was delivered to the hotel in hours. No waiting at airport etc. Great service

I really love our stayed at Epic View Suites not only for the location, very quite peaceful and obviously an amazing view!! I also have to Mention Rafaella. This young lady made our visit even more EPIC. Every recommendation she gave us was right on point. And always a smile on her face.

Raphaella was so friendly and welcoming. She answered all our questions and made us very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and there were many options to chose from. She also helped us rent a car for being on the island. Car was brought over to our hotel and she took care of everything. Rooom was a great size. The jacuzzi looking out over that amazing view was amazing. Definitely recommending epic suites to everyone.

La struttura gode di una magnifica vista ma esposto ai venti e solo parzialmente al sole (settembre). Idromassaggio parzialmente riscaldato (inutilizzabile in caso di vento). Le camere sono molto grandi; più simili ad appartamenti (anche se privi di cucina). Il servizio è un po’ improvvisato : personale cordiale ma il tutto è gestito in maniera casereccia.

Schöne Anlage, wunderbarer Weitblick bis Oia - toller Pool mit Aussicht und bequemen Liegen. Die Saphire-Suite ist großzügig gestaltet mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Auf der Terrasse gibt es außer Tisch und Stühlen auch ein großes Bett zum Chillen mit Meerblick. Das leckere Frühstück wird auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert und ist sehr reichhaltig - frisches Obst, Tomaten, Gurken, Oliven, Käse, Wurst, Kekse, Omelette oder gekochte Eier, griechischer Joghurt…leider gibt es kein richtiges Brot, nur ungetoastetes Toastbrot und hin und wieder Hefezopf. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt fern ab vom sonstigen Trubel. Gute Busverbindung nach Fira einmal pro Stunde direkt vor dem Hotel.

Very nice independent suite, right on the Caldera
Very nice independent suite, right on the Caldera. Brand new. A pity that both days were so windy and we could not stay outdoor, neither use the swimming pool.
