Affordable stay. Property is clean. Staff is friendly. Not an upscale place but perfect for a place to crash for the night.

I recently stayed at a Days Inn hotel and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the front office staff. The individual lacked basic customer service skills and consistently displayed a rude attitude. It is perplexing to me how someone with such a demeanor could be employed in a customer-facing role. My husband, who is usually jovial, attempted to lighten the atmosphere, but the staff member remained unresponsive and even gave disapproving looks. It is disheartening to witness such poor representation of the company through an employee's attitude. We stayed for two nights, so it was not a one-time occurrence. Seeing other reviews about the same person, I realize that I would have chosen a different hotel had I known. As we were in town for a family emergency, the last thing anyone wants during that time is to encounter someone rude.

Noisy, piece of ceiling falling down by elevator, WAY overpriced for what you get, halls and carpet yucky. Only upside was great water pressure in the shower.

It was kinda what I expected for the price, The colicky baby in the next room literally sounded like it was in our room, every time someone shut a entry door to their room It shook the whole 3rd floor. You can also tell the whole building is settling away from the elevator shaft if you just look at the gaps under the doors...

The bathtub had mold around the spout and knob. Disgusting for a hotel that was close to $150 a night.

Literally didn’t get to stay ; parking lot was completely full with no where close by to park , usually I’d walk, but there was a foot of snow on the ground and I ended up having to stay some place else.

Kindness and compassion towards others.
I work at a heath company with a client who a was in need for alternative living for 3 days with durable medical equipment. The staff at this facility respond with loving kindness to the needs of another human and they accommodated (within reason) to ensure this stay was comfortable for the client and family. Working to accommodate what they could for, the best interest of this client. Grupta, the property manager was beyond professional very kind, and embraced the situation to work in her best light for this client. From our company to yours, thank. The hotel is clean and very convenient location. I recommend it for a quick stay. The professional cleaners are great. But I have to give it 4 stars because of the weird RUDE front desk female personal. They act like you are bothering them. Besides that great hotel

adequate for one night needs
This is an extremely small room, but everything necessary is there. The workout facility was out of service for the third month in a row, so we aren't sure when they will fix it. The heat situation is rather uncomfortable bc of the forced air- hot and the cold cycles, tough to regulate temprature through the night.

This property was very convenient for our trip- we were at a ministry event nearby and we’re blessed to have a restaurant and fast food literally in the parking lot to the hotel. The gym was closed when we were there,

We stayed a few nights. The room was clean, functional and the bed comfortable. But, when housekeeping cleaned, they didnt change the sheets, nor leave clean towels or toilet paper. We had to go to the desk. Bkfaat was ok, the usual fare. Will probably pay closer attention to the reviews next time.
