“Cleanliness was excellent. Room was comfortable. TV was old and out of date. The biggest complaint was the front desk staff. We arrived around 9:30pm and waited a good 10 minutes for anyone to appear. Then, the following morning, absolutely no one was at the front desk. Other than the lack of customer service, it was good. “Yes the air conditioning is functional and pretty nice! Shops nearby are definitely not very traversable via car. Walking is a little sketchy in the area but only at night. A nice base for us to start at!”
