Friendly staff & their telling of the history of the hotel & location- very walkable
Beautiful, comfortable room. Very clean! And staff was super helpful and friendly as well as great historians! I learned a lot about the hotel and the the town of Greensboro during my short stay.
This is an old, historic hotel located in the center of downtown, but without the traffic and noise of bigger cities. Lots of dining options nearby. Greensboro is developing its downtown into a go-to location. The Biltmore is uniquely located to tap into the local scene. Lots of good coffee shops nearby, and breakfast lunch and dinner options closely.
This hotel was great. Lots of character! I chose this over a close by chain for a more interesting vibe. The elevator and the rooms...and the whole place was great. The oldest working elevator in Greensboro! Staff were great, welcoming, and helful.

Shower in bathroom didn't have hot water, breakfast selections were limited and the prepackaged muffin had some mold on it. No curtains in room so it was very bright after sunrise. Blanket had what appeared to be a blood stain. Staff was nice though, and the 100 year old elevator was cool
Check in was great. Lots of local information given including nearby reastaurants. Bed was very comfortable.

It is a beautiful and charming small hotel with a fascinating history. The location is excellent and the staff is outstanding. We are very pleased with this choice.
We LOVED staying at the Biltmore Greensboro! The history and the vintage charm beats any chain hotel. You HAVE to talk with the staff to learn about the history in order to fully appreciate your visit.
It was worth the hot water only being lukewarm to experience this lovely hotel.
As always, we enjoyed our visit at the Biltmore Greensboro. The only thing we had a "problem" with was the mattress. It felt old, but we were able to get a good night's sleep anyway.
We are also sorry to hear about the sale of the hotel--it's been a favorite of ours for years. Good luck to all.

The place was nice and the staff was amazing. I wasn't prepared for the age of the hotel and the elevator was more than I could handle at 1am when all I wanted was sleep.
The location was perfect, just not for me.
Great experience and located close to restaurants, coffee houses and other shops.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of parks, shops and restaurants. The building has old-fashioned charm - large windows, wood floors and a vintage elevator. The waffle bar was a big hit with my traveling companion.
