We were totally impressed with the surroundings and facility. It's been a long time that we have felt the relief of a genuine affordable, relaxation, in a hotel. We truly felt pampered. Our pet felt comfortable too.

Check in was easy and the night clerk was kind and helpful. We got to the room to realize it was gross. Killed a fat roach, weird spatters on the walls, mini fridge was wide open and so nasty and dirty around the base, burn holes in the comforter in a non smoking room, went to take a shower and the entire tub spout was coming out of the wall. Took some troubleshooting to get the showerhead on and running. The bathroom smelt like mold and water damage. We told the morning clerk all the issues and he seemed apologetic but unconcerned.

Had 2 rooms. One room the TV didn't work. Maintenance fixed problem but needed 2 remotes! Second room had smoke detector beeping and hanging off mount. Moved to a different room. Shower curtain in room had some type of red spots, not part of curtain. Breakfast was very good and staff accommodated requests.For my stays in Quality Inns, this was very unusual.

The room was dirty, bed cover had oil stains and caulk in bathroom moldy. Lots of people roaming around parking lot at night. Rooms had outside entry which I didn’t realize and have never liked for safety reasons. Only good thing was check in staff. She was very nice and accommodating when we switched rooms to a different location that was easier when traveling with a dog.

Mediocre at best

Breakfast and check in / check out was fine. Bedding seemed okay except for a few pieces of leaves I found. The bathroom rags were stained and looked pretty rough. Tried not to use those. The door itself didn’t lock except for the safety bar, fine for me but not for some. The flooring had gaps in the planks and it just wasn’t very well cleaned around the based boards or tub. The front lobby has been renovated now it’s time for the rooms…Also pool is gone for those looking for one.

Stoped here to rest with our four kids while driving at night. The hotel felt dirty and uncomfortable. Went to bed late since we stopped only to rest at night thinking to let the kids to sleep more in the morning but housekeeping was keep knocking on the door at 7:30am yelling “houskeeping”. Will never go there again.
