"Check-in was not good as there was a gathering of people everywhere and they were not checking in. They were having some kind of speaker and luggage was everywhere!! That evening the noise was terrible in the halls. I was actually charged to park in the lot!!! It was on my incidentals charge!! Parking is not incidental! That’s all I’m going to write"

"The environment was clean and smelled good at first look but if one looks closer you'll see the ground in dirt of carpet, mold under shower mat. Front desk staff hiding in back. Price is good, so you don't get what you don't pay for, like a clean room."

"Staff was friendly. Landscaping is beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. However…. The room was ok clean. Tidy, but… Pizza boxes left in oven. Splatter on walls. Carpet had big stains. One lamp was broken a teetering. And there is NO soundproofing between floors. I mean, none. Anyone simply walking around, just normally, upstairs could be heard. Lots was good. But the noise was significant."

"Pro's - the breakfast was good, the hotel felt safe, the hotel was conveniently located to the Crystal Ballroom across the street. We stayed here to attend a wedding at Crystal Ballroom. Cons - the refrigerator in my room (321) did not work and the one and only ice machine in the entire hotel was out of order. "
