We had a great 2 day stay at Hotel Lac Carling. The room was spotless and the staff is so friendly. The spa was perfect and the food at the restaurant was great. This was our second time here and we will be coming back. Note: there is no TV, but WIFI works great.

The property was beautiful. Room was large and comfortable. The lake was absolutely gorgeous and great to swim in. Dinners at the restaurant were delicious and the the golf course was beautifu!

The hotel and the hotel staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and a great size. The restaurant was amazing. Secluded and relaxing. We will definitely be coming back.

Property was pretty. Weird checkin at back of hotel. Wasnt sure where it was. Restaurant wasnt open. Had to go to golf clubhouse for coffee in the morning. Had only 2 creamer in room fridge. No free breakfast. Pillows were lumpy. Staff didnt know about trail on property. Shower drain was clogged.

Gorgeous place with a beautiful golf course and lake and the duck with salad main dish was awesome. DONT FOLLOW GPS to get into the gravel road. Go the paved road. I wish there was a warning about that before check in. Also TV iss for rent on 25 extra. They said they intentionally do that for guests to escape.

Was a bit disappointed to find out the pool was under construction. I wish I would have been advised before booking my daughter was so excited to swim we got ready with our bathing suits on and walked over to find out it wasn’t available. Everything else was great we loved our stay and all the amenities were great. The waitress at the restaurant was super sweet treated us so well ! It was just the pool I wish there was better communication about. But overall a fun time

Recently opened and still under renovation, so no toothbrush yet(-1)—but everything else was amazing. Huge room, great arcade, massive playground, air slides, and golf options. The food was unreal (best hotel restaurant I’ve tried): salmon for me, beef brisket for my husband both with sweet potato puree topped with veggies, + the chocolate fondue, mouth watering 😋—10/10

The hotel has been nicely renovated since the last time I was there 18 years ago. The room was nice and spacious. However, after having been out all day playing golf, my wife and I returned at 2:30 pm to find that the room had not been cleaned. I immediately went to the reception (since there are no telephones in the room) and complained. I was asked if I had put up a sign on the door that asked for a refreshing of the room. No one told me upon checkin that I needed to tell them that I wanted the room cleaned. I have travelled the world and this is the first time I’m told that! A young girl rushed to my room and gave us new towels and left. No bed was changed or made, the coffee cup that I used early that morning was left on the table. I was not impressed. Rather disappointed actually. Also the main restaurant in the hotel was closed @nd we had to go to the golf course restaurant for any food or drinks that we wanted. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk but a pain nevertheless. The food was very good and the staff was pleasant but honestly not what I had expected. The golf course was in superb condition and actually in better shape than the last time that I played it 18 years ago. It was a good break for my wife and I, but it appeared that the hotel/Restaurent was cutting corners to save money and hoping that no one would notice.. Thank you for our stay….Lorenzo

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room and property were beautiful. I think they were having some water issue as the indoor parking was wet, but I assume was just a temporary issue being repaired. One thing to note is there was no microwave or TV in the room. Which was by design, but if you want those you should be aware. Would be a great getaway for couples with or without kids. Overall very impressed
