Firstly, booked with preference of two Double beds as there were three adults. Was given one double and two single, they said that it was hotels.com issue as you place us in the unit and after some searching and after us confirming nothing had been used moved us to our preferred unit. Taps dripped, no dishwashing liquid, had to go asking for some. The pool water was green and unswimable. We were with another party with children, when they went to platy on the playground it was unsafe. With broken parts, metal bits. They need to update their website to reflect when services are not available as they are part of the reason we booked there with the children in mind. In all honesty we will not be staying there again and we would not be recommending them either.

Probably the best thing was the spa/bath which was a welcome to see after a long days driving. The wifi was poor a lot of the time we were there.

We stayed 5 nights in this motel Had an incident with a permanent resident in room beside ours which was not pleasant at all !!! Owner did not care.. manager did her best to rectify the situation but we did not feel comfortable or safe during our time there

Awesome staff she upgraded our room when realised Hotels.com allocated us a room that was not suitable. Room was nice, only negative was bathroom door didn't close properly due to paint scraping from door

Greymouth stopover

A stopover in Greymouth to catch the train in the morning. This motel was suitably priced for its age and amenities. The room was spotless. WiFi was limited so that was disappointing and the motel is a long way out of Greymouth and on a busy road but the sea is directly behind. We drove down the road to the Ashley Hotel and had a great dining experience and used their free wifi. Kitchen amenities were great and there is a children’s playground and pool for travelling families.

Great customer service from reception. A little out of town which wasnt a problem for us. We had a few things in the room which werent working, didnt effect our stay but did inform the reception. Our room was a good size and the heating provided was adequate. Beds were comfy. The playground is very run down and looked a little dangerous for my little ones. We didnt use the pool but it looked a little dirty and the spa was so full of chlorine that it bleached our swimmers. Right on the beach and the kids loved walking down and building stone and driftwood structures. We enjoyed our stay but the place could do with a little TLC.

Convenient location for our requirements and all we needed. There is noise from the highway, but we didn't find it to be a major problem. I did feel that it was slightly overpriced for what it was, comparing it with other places we have stayed on our travels through NZ.

フロントの女性の対応が悪い！！！

今回、友達ファミリーと計5人で2ベッドルームに泊りましたが、シャワールームとトイレが一緒にあり、ちょっと不便でした。また、5人で予約していたのに、グラスやカップが、4個ずつしかなく、フロントに取りに行くと、とても不機嫌な女性が対応してくれました。また、ランドリーも21:30までと聞いて、その終わる前に洗濯していましたが、21:20に突然電源が切られ、ランドリー室の鍵が閉められ、慌ててフロントへ走り、鍵を開けてもらえるようお願いしましたが、また、その女性に、とても不機嫌な態度で対応されました。
