The hotel was clean and comfortable, except the water pressure was low and the shower head needed to be replaced. The restaurant food was great and all the staff in both the hotel and restaurant were lovely.

This is a great hotel to stay in. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young gentleman who was very professional and friendly. Great location, secure parking. The room was exceptionally clean, stylish and warm, nice bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has its own heat pump. There is an indoor swimming pool and spa. We enjoyed the spa. We look forward to our next stay next time we are in Greymouth.

Our room was exceptional and clean for our needs, Oh didn't know how to turn fridge on, forgot to ask. The TV required batteries for remote but well attended to. Overall a great stay and service was there if you wished.
