Our room was not very nice. The microwave did not work and we were trying to eat in our room. We had purchased the food downstairs in the pantry area. When I went to the front desk to speak to someone, no one was there. I returned to my room and phoned the operator. No one answered. I waited a half hour and finally someone answered. I had left the opened microwave meal on the counter at the front desk and asked that be removed from my bill. I was told it would be, but the next morning it wasn't. I had to again request that it be removed. I was also charged by both Hampton and Expedia so again, I had to request that my bill be corrected. Also, we were not even given a small bar of soap to wash our hands. So, we will not stay here again.
