This is a nice boutique hotel in a very walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. We arrived on a Saturday and the first room we had (#8) was Ok, but the sound carried from the nearby club which played music until 5pm (officially closed at 4pm, but hey it's Mexico). The next day we were able to move to Room #9 which was much nicer, bigger and quieter. The staff was very accommodating. There was a little mold on the ceilings but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay in #9.

This place is great for the price. This is a small boutique hotel located in the "happening" area of Guadalajara, just walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bar and shops. The place is beautiful, this used to be an old mansion and remodeled very nicely. The room we booked was very ample, with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower needs improvement, the flow of the water in the shower is not very strong and hot water takes a while to come out, this may have to do with an older plumbing system. The personnel very attentive and friendly with 24/7 service. Overall a very nice experience.

No hay estacionamiento como menciona la publicación, son 4 lugares en la banqueta en los que tienen permiso de que te estaciones, si no encuentras uno de esos 4 disponible, suerte buscando donde dejar tu carro. El techo de las habitaciones con una humedad tremenda, la puerta del baño nunca cerró y al tratar de abrir o cerrar hacía mucho ruido, al igual que las ventanas de madera. La limpieza de la habitación bien, pero si le falta mucho mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones.
