Appreciated 24 hr check in (pleased update on Expedia as it says it’s not manned overnight). Fast response to Expedia messages. The room was lovely, clean, serviced each day. I indulged on the snacks and they were replenished each day. The breakfast buffet was bountiful and delicious.

Excellent, upscale hotel. In-hotel restaurant features a buffet breakfast, but we ordered off the menu. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. OXXO market nearby, as was a wine/liquor store. Guadalajara traffic is congested, so an Uber to Centro or Tlaquepaque was 30-40 minutes.

I was only going to stay one night at this hotel, but upon arrival I decided to book another two nights. There is a starbucks adjacent to the hotel which made it convenient to grab a light breakfast. The dining areas are easy to walk to. I did not eat at their restaurant, but I did order a cappuccino from their lobby. The pool is beautiful, but I did not have the opportunity to use it. Staff was very friendly.

The service was remarkable! Nightly turn down with chocolates and water bottles, very special. Front desk welcoming and gave us great ideas on how to spend a free day. The workout facility had an awesome view, very clean. Hotel is within a short walking distance of several great, authentic restaurants. Beautiful area, we felt very safe. Would stay again!
