I was impressed by the level of service and friendliness of all staff I encountered, from the moment we arrived through our departure. We had a wonderful stay in Guadalajara. We were very comfortable throughout our visit and felt extremely safe at all times. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with booking a tour to Tequila. They were always willing to help, from ordering taxis to making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Miguel was especially attentive and always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

First time in Guadalajara so this hotel was perfectly located to many things. Walkable to a ton of eateries, banks and a 711. Quick 15 min uber to the historic area and outdoor market. Room is clean and new. WiFi works great. Elevators were quick. TV also allowed for us to cast our own shows from our iPad. Highly recommend this place.

The hotel is well maintained, with wonderful staff, friendly guests, great amenities, and it’s just a short walk to plenty of dining and food options. I think the rooms are even sounds proof , no annoying neighbors stomping, and they have a ceiling ECHO device that plays music etc.
