No me gustó y me molestó mucho, que nos negaron el desayuno, solo por haber reservado por esta página de Expedia. De hecho al hacer el chelín, ni siquiera nos ofrecieron ayuda con las maletas para llevarlas a la habitación.

Una de las recepcionistas actuó molesta al registrarnos en el hotel debido a que hicimos nuestra reserva por Expedia. Extendimos nuestra estancia un día más en el hotel y tuvimos bastantes problemas para realizarla debido a que la recepcionista con tono grotesco nos indicó que ella no podía hacer la reserva...que la hiciéramos por Internet...la verdad muy mala su atención discriminatorio.

Tiene varios puntos fuertes la estancia, Las habitaciones espaciosas y con servicios necesarios. El restaurante si bien se nota algo vacio la comida es buena y el buffet vale totalmente la pena.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, desde la llegada el personal fue amable y atento. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien equipada. Las instalaciones son modernas y agradables. Una experiencia positiva. Como nota, si viajas con niños la alberca está en excelentes condiciones pero está un poco fría.
