You get what you pay for so don’t expect much and I extremely don’t recommend staying in the summer as to the no A/C. For the price it got the job done only needed a place to store my luggage, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Sheets being dirty were the only thing other then the area outside being dirty

The breakfast was all night sweet bread, the surrounding was scary & terrifying! I was scared to go out and look for dinner! So many homeless outside and graffiti everywhere u turned! The room was hot and give 1 fan the wifi was horrible and no tv reception!! Our room shower didnt work and housekeeping didnt understand why given to us if shower hadn’t worked for months had ro ho shower in another room which shower was where toilet was … never again and all sourrounding was horrible! Never again

Sure its not 3 stars hotel.. maybe zero. Terrible place to stay in the most unsafe area in Guadalajara. Old building with bad conditions. Dirty room. Unfriendly, bad behavior and aggressive some of staff. The balcony door not lock. Avoid to stay there. I don't know why, hotels.com continues to support it.

Worst hotel in town

This place is a dump. Skid row out front with people sleeping on the front steps. No one at the reception desk for 20 minutes-they then hand you one towel and tell you it must be returned. Door security lock was broken off, leaving only the doorknob lock as security. Runndown halls and rooms. No smoke detector. Just terrible. I yo should be ashamed to put their brand in this dump.

El Wi-Fi estaba allí, pero ni siquiera podías jugar un juego fácil y mucho menos ver un vídeo. Además, no había aire en la habitación. El ascensor que subió y bajó, hizo ruidos fuertes toda la noche, y fue difícil para los cinco quedarnos dormidos. La gente estuvo hablando muy fuerte en el vestíbulo toda la noche sin respeto a los huéspedes del hotel. Lo peor fue el estacionamiento porque los coches tenían que aparcar dos y tres de profundidad y vinieron y te conseguieron en cualquier momento para mover tu coche y reubicarte todo el tiempo. En dos días tuve que mover mi coche cinco veces. Muy inconveniente. Aparte de eso, el precio era genial y supongo que obtienes lo que pagas. Como persona soltera, volvería y no esperaría mucho, pero traer a mi esposa, nuera e hijos con él fue muy incómodo. El desayuno gratuito estuvo bien y no estaba tan mal. The Wi-Fi was there, but you couldn’t even play an easy game let alone watch a video. Also, there was no air in the room. The elevator that went up and down, made loud noises all night, and it was hard for the five of us to fall asleep. People were talking extremely loud in the lobby all night without respect to the guests in the hotel. The worst thing was the parking because cars had to park two and three deep and they came and got you at any time to move your car and relocate all the time. In two days I had to move my car five times. Very inconvenient. Other than that the price was great and I guess you get what you pay for.

El hotel es agradable , al igual que su servicio y que todo está muy cerca.su wifi muy malo en el piso que estábamos , la habitación no cuenta con A/C que la verdad no se requirió pues es un clima fresco por las noches ( pero deberia indicar que no cuenta con este servício), , el desayuno no lo usamos , ya que el primer día había mucha gente para desayunar y era muy tardado.
