La Hacienda de las Flores is a perfect place to stay, especially with children. It’s very close to the main square and all of the sites. The staff is very friendly and the heated pool was great for my kids in the afternoon. I highly recommend this place.

This property is beautiful. The gardin, outside seating, and the pool, the staircase and painted walls all add to the ambiente. The view from the breakfast room and/or the 2nd floor Balcony is really nice as well. The location and staff are winners. The hot water takes a while but we ajusted quickly. A winner.

My stay was filled with courteous service, and lots of charm at an exceptional price, a very short walk from the center of San Miguel de Allende. During the heat of the day, it was such a pleasure to sit in the beautifully landscaped courtyard, either in the shade or in the pool. Given the proximity to restaurants and shops, I never felt pressured to be out all day. Instead, I could pace myself and come back for a brief rest as needed. The price was phenomenal given that breakfast and bottled water were included. I would definitely stay again!

Hacienda de Las Flores is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, just two blocks from El Jardin. What I loved most was how quiet it was. Gael who works at the Front Desk has the sweetest personality and was very kind and helpful, as were the two women who also work at the Front Desk. Breakfast was very good. A nice option would be to have coffee available for guests, before breakfast is served at 8:00 a.m. The garden area is pretty and the rooftop views are spectacular. My only dissatisfaction / complaint is the mattress in the Basic Room absolutely needs to be replaced. It was uncomfortable to sleep on and completely sagged on one side. Also the lighting needs to be improved in the room...it was dark.

Great hotel for adults, not really for kids. Dining room didn’t feel like vacation or Mexico vibe. The dining room felt like you were in an office, very quiet and almost uncomfortable. Very unwelcoming. They also run out of options quickly for breakfast so make sure you get there early.
