El lugar ni siquiera califica como Hotel or Motel esta en terribles condiciones, esta sucio, huele horrible, no cambian las sabanas, hay cucurachas, Lo unico bueno del lugar es la locacion. Lo usan como hotel de paso hay prostitucion entran y salen mucha gente indeseable. Horrible no lo recomiendo para nada .

No hubo agua caliente en 2 días que duro mi estacancia. No tienen el estacionamiento sufiente para su capacidad. Rente 4 habitaciones, todas con las persionas rotas, asi como las toallas y las colchas. Las almohadas horribles. Goteras en lavabos de baños y el agua entraba hasta la alfombra de la habitacion. Televisor horrible asi como el control. En pesimo estado el asensor. Lamparas rotas y mal funcionamiento. Terrible hotel!

Llegue a realizar mi chekin y no tenian sistema y no me respertaron la reservacion tuve que pagar lo de una noche y ya cuando llego el sistema me regresaron lo que page de mas en limpieza les hace falta un plus.

Depends on what you are used to. I would liken what I experienced to a public area that happened to be clean enough to sleep in. The carpet floors reminded me of old casino carpet. It’s a huge building with probably a lot of vacancy in a downtown area. Maybe adjust your expectations. I would say it is worth what they charge for what you get out of it.

Acabo de salir del hotel hace como 30 minutos hoy día 11/17/2023 pésimo servicio la muchacha de reservación se comportó sin ninguna clase de educación faltándome el respeto deben tener más cuidado a quien contratan la reputación de el Hotel cuenta mucho y la verdad con personal como el que tienen ahorita no me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar la muchacha se llama Carmen espero en Dios y los gerentes hagan algo al respecto si no quieren seguir perdiendo personas que se hospeden en ese lugar

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. El trató del personal apático. Muy malo tube que ir a otro hotel llamado mi kasa hotel y pagar otra habitación

Estas instalaciones estan bien sucias. Solo el lobby esta limpio. Hay mucho ruido hasta muy tarde. Las cortinas rotas, el elevador uno rotp y otro muy despacio. Hay telaranas en el cuarto, cucarachas por todos lados. Super sucio todo. Me gusto la conveniencia de la ubicacion. El servicio, solo 2 personas fueton amables de todo el staff. Las almoadas y sabanas huelen mal. Lo otro bueno fue el precio muy barato

No les recomiendo hospedarse en este hotel, lástima de ubicación, insalubre, el equipamiento en malas condiciones, lámparas fundidas, cucarachas por todos lados, pésimo servicio y para acabarla te niegan el estacionamiento

There was nothing I liked about this property. First they do not abide by their policy. When I got there they said they had no rooms, no AC, no parking. Even after stating in their amenities that they offer parking, AC. It was the worst experience ever with hotel and Expedia as well. They both refuse to issue a refund even after they were at fault. I booked for two rooms with parking and AC included in the amenities. The front desk rep said they had no rooms available, then she said we have your rooms, but just so you know there is no AC. It was late and I had my kids, so I told her I would take the rooms. Then she said and I quote "Just so you know we do not have parking for your cars" I asked her what do you mean you offer parking and AC in your listing when I booked, she said " well that is just a way to sell out rooms" shame on her customer service and how the hotel handles situations. I asked her to cancel my reservation, she told me I had to go thru Expedia to cancel. I called Expedia and they said the hotel refused. They just blamed each other back and forth. I would like to mention I called Expedia right away to share my experience and a rep advised me he would cancel the reservation and I would get my refund. All of a sudden the call disconnected. I was tired so I called the next day and another rep answered and my refund was denied. I had to pay hotel twice because they refused to issue a refund after they had already said they would. Be very careful with Expedia

The only good is location. The staff is teying to help, but they are limited what they can do. No air conditioning not even a small fan. No shuttle service, so why offer it. Sheets are torn and dingy and so are towels. They try to clean with what they are given. Owners just want to make money and don't care if the customers are comfortable. Never again, I got heat stroke doctor said I needed a cool place to stay.
