"Un lugar estupendo para hospedarse, fuimos por nuestro aniversario de bodas y fue el lugar perfecto, las recámaras parecen sacadas de un cuento, todo súper cuidado, los colores, los muebles, la luz. Realmente es una casa muy bonita y esta en una zona segura. El desayuno es más bien una merienda pero aliviana antes de salir ya que el centro está como a 15 minutos caminando. Nuestra recámara fue la Bufa y aunque estaba cerca de las escaleras, no se escuchaba ruido. Lo mejor fue que llevamos a...

"Nos gusto la vista de los cuartos a la presa y los alimentos estaban ricos. La limpieza no esta hecha a profundidad, la persona que atiende es buena persona pero tal vez esta sobrecargada de trabajo puesto que despues de la llegada tardaba en responder. Tuvimos una emergencia en la noche y no hubo ayuda o respuesta de su parte. Considero que el precio noncorresponde al nivel de instalaciones y servicios que ofrecen. El wifi ws muy malo ni una película se puede ver bien. "

"Lovely staff, great location, clean room. Breakfast was so-so and the computer generating the room keys was broken for our entire stay, so staff had to run up and down the stairs to lock and unlock our rooms."

"Charming property and beautiful location. The nicest host you could ask for. I upgraded to the balcony room, which has a lovely view. Breakfast is simple but appreciated, with good coffee. Definitely appreciate the help in finding the location and getting my luggage up the many steps (for which Guanajuato is famous). I'd be happy to stay again!"

"We had an amazing stay, room clean staff very helpful and la victoriana restaurant was spot on every time we dined in 3 times. Manager always checked on us and the waiter Ramses always gave us the best service possible. Thank you definitely will book again!"
