介於地鐵和科匯金谷中間，附近方圓2公里沒超商，最近的依托邦也挺沒落，不如去下個地鐵的商場，附近太荒涼啊，連自行車都不好找⋯

酒店条件很好，房间大，住得很舒服。饭店也比较多，做得很好。只是位于广州科学城，周边都是公司，是一个出差商务的理想地点，不是游玩的地方。

This hotel is seriously awful. We are from Australia & London, coming into Guangzhou for the Canton Fair and then travelling to other parts of China for business. Everything about this hotel is very sub-par, considering the price. Awful food, awful service, unkempt facilities and be warned - one of the main reasons we chose this particular hotel was that it had free wi-fi in the rooms...well, no...the wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms, and even if you head down to the bar it's very fickle. Sometimes you'll be able to check emails, sometimes you won't, but don't even think about YouTube or anything; that's not going to happen. As for getting around; this hotel is very isolated (about 45 mins from Tianhe for shopping/eating out) which is ok, but unfortunately there are NO staff anywhere in the building who speak ANY English. At all. Really. So if you book here, make sure you have 3G so you can use google maps and google translate or you won't be able to get taxis etc due to the staff not having any English whatsoever. Make sure you stock up on water and snacks etc before arriving at the hotel as there is really nowhere nearby to purchase that stuff, and it's certainly not available in the hotel. DO NOT order the room service food. You've been warned!

Hotel OK but location TERRIBLE

The hotel cleanliness is OK and room was comfortable and had everything you would need. However the location of the hotel is terrible. Its 30mins from the city center by taxi and no where near a metro. I couldn't see any shops within walking distance and the ability of staff to communicate in English is very limited.

For the money, it was worth it!

Everything was good except internet service. I had to use internet to access my email from my room but it took me 2 hours to figure out that the cable in the room was bad. It would have been good if they had wireless service for back up but they did not offer. Other than that it was pleasing to stay there.

Official hotel for our company

Hotel is within 15 minutes walk to our office in Guangzhou Science City. At the outside the hotel looks dodgy but in room it lives up to scale to any major brands like Hyatt or Hilton. You normally do not expect any services from any human beings in China and this is still true for this hotel. Morning shuttle bus to Science City area for free which is good for business travelers. Zero holiday atmosphere for this hotel so backpackers go get something else. Thanks to Samsung, they brought over authentic Korean and Japanese restaurants to this interesting hotel. Wall is thin so expect to hear your neighbors talking loud. What's annoying my room was above a chinese restaurant people singing loud. It is freezing in the room the air con does not really help. This is not Crowne Plaza so you get what you pay for. I travel a lot throughout the year this is definitely above average.

Hotel Landmark International, Science City

The Hotel is located very very far from Airport and other city center areas. You have to pay Y 250 from Airport to Hotel. There is no hustle bustle in and around hotel. It is located at a very quiet place. There is a big problem of understanding English by the Hotel Staff. Apart from Hotel Manager Mr. Lu no one understands English and you really have to work hard to make them understand for what you want. The staff is otherwise very polite. Food menu is not very elaborative and does not have much in International cuisine to offer. The room prices are reasonable. I stayed in this hotel for six nights and for all seven days there was same Breakfast menu with no change.

Very accessible to Science City

Used to stay in Crowne Plaza but no bargain rooms left so sought this as a substitute. From the outside the hotel is more than just a hostel but interesting the interior was pretty well designed and maintained. Frontdesk is okay. Surprising to find very authentic Korean and Japanese restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast was included just very so-so, acceptable as an Asian but I doubt foreign visitors can stand it. 20 minutes walk to my office in Science City nice to have free shuttle bus which can take you everywhere in the park. Condition is you are able to communicate with the shuttle bus driver. Checked in late at night so I was given the executive room. Very large. It was freezing at 5C I just felt wind kept getting in through the windows. Air conditioner says it's working as a heater but not the way it's supposed to be. Walls and windows are very sound proof. People watching TV and singing Karaoke crazily loud. I wanted to get a can of decent beer in middle of the night but the convenient store downstairs was pretty disappointing. There are much better hotels Westin, Four Seasons in city center but considering accessibility I guess I can only choose this one if not Crowne Plaza again next time.
