THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN.

I have never made MY comments on the hotels I have been because the hotels I have been are better than "Under Far". And I am an easy customer and I know how much money I took my stay and I know those hotels were NOT that high class hotels. BUT THIS HOTEL was the worst one and much much worse than I thought. the Drain was stuck in the Shower room. the drier works so poor condition. AND the first THING I saw right after I entered the room was COCKROACH!!!!! It was bigger than my mobile phone!!! And the receptionist seemed very tired when I asked him to keep my baggage while I was shopping. ONLY one thing is the location was good. BUT EVEN though I take more money and time, I will stay another hotel.

A convenient location for getting around.

The location is great. It is near shopping and restaurants and subway. It is just a block away from the famous Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk. The room size is fair. The apartment service personnel clean the apartment once in three days. Linens are exchanged every day and garbage collected every day. The apartment wall and ceiling are a bit worn out. The bed is firm which is good.

Will be back.

It simply felt like home and I'll definitely be back. It's in between all the markets pretty much from Electronics to Clothing and Shoes to all. Just a cab will get you there for like 25 RMB and bam you're in the business. I really enjoyed my stay.

以为交通方便的选择，但卫生差，电制松甩，报后三天冇都人修，晚上嘈杂声好象在飞机仓的，无法掉迁难受。

設施有待改善........

入住3晚, 房間內有兩部冷氣 , 新果部遙控器就壞了, 舊果部只能出半小時風, 熱水爐是儲水式, 只能沖5-8分鐘, 有點不爽...... 冷氣方面身第一天晚上有職員黎整過, 結果第二天就不行, 說明天工程部師傅才上班, 果然早上9點左右,就有人敲門給我們新的遙控器, 冷氣問題終於解決！ 而廁所天花都好多塵, 整潔度好一般, 只是地方太方便, 好近步行街...... 職員態度是很好, 但公寓就麻麻.......

Does hotel have a rating for bed ?

Local is great. Just by the metro. Walking distance to the fame beijing road and pearl river tour. Room equipt with heater. A life saver for traveller from tropic region. Everything is decent. Except the bed. It does sunk a little. I got this dull and awful back pain from it. And i cant walk as much as a result. To be fair, my partner however, is ok with the bed. Side note.. Very good value lugguage selling outside the hotel

Good location

Good location, very near to the Peking Road station, and Walking Street. The room is quite big, good enough for two person. But the bathroom is quite old and not in good maintanance. And it seems no body to clean up the front door area, because we found out several cigarettes in front of the door inthese days................
