One of the poil was closed my entire stay "for cleaning". The restaurant was outbof menu items. The water activity center messed up my reservation entirely. The staff was nice, but I was dissapointed by all the inconvenience.

I like the place a lot. A recomedation will be that the should verify the rooms condition frequently. I refer about the lights, bathrooms curtins and other. Everything else good. The food its excellent. 😋😋😋😋

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy some quality time. The green areas and gardens were well kept. Pools and jacuzzis were clean and refreshing. The food at the restaurant was good. The only minor inconvenience, was that upon arriving to the restaurant, the hostesses seemed a bit reluctant to seat us. It was 9:05pm and we had been informed at the front desk that the restaurant would close at 9:30. The hostesses told us that the restaurant closed at 9pm, due to "low occupancy". She proceeded to seat us but told us that we had to order quickly because they were closing soon. As someone who works in the restaurant business, I think she could had conveyed this message a little more delicately instead putting pressure on your guests to order quickly. Other the this minor inconvenience, we had en amazing time and would visit again.

What an amazing stay! We love this resort, especially because it’s so kid friendly. Our kids had the best time. The staff is exceptionally kind and the resort is beautiful. Rooms were kept clean and surrounding areas as well. Will go back again and again. My only comment is food in the Palmas restaurant was bland and overcooked every time..needs more love :)

The Verdanza hotel is located in a great location and close to restaurants and Old San Juan. You don’t ned to rent. A car and can catch an Uber ride at low cost.

Todo excelente. El lugar es hermoso, muy bien cuidado. Brinda un ambiente de relajación y calma. Las facilidades son hermosas y muy limpias. Los empleados fueron muy atentos y amables. La comida en el restaurante Las Palmad es buena, también nos encantaron los músicos que participan en el restaurante. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía en familia. Este lugar tiene todo para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones. Recomendado.

Location is beautiful but it smelled and the property is very understaffed. I really hope they make some changes like the noises of the air conditioning because it is a lovely location!

I loved everything about my stay at Copamarina. The resort was truly beautiful. It was obvious that they take pride in cleanliness. My beachfront room was really cozy The staff was pleasant and courteous! The guard at the entrance made us feel welcome and safe. I can go on and on about how much I love this place!. My husband and I will definitely return.

Just spent a few days at Copamarina with my 2 kids. The pools were great and we loved going out with scuba dogs. We spent very little time there during the day, went out and explored local beaches. The restaurant was overpriced and offered fancier options than what we wanted after a beach day so we ate locally which ended up being great. Kids loved having the pool to go back to at the end of a long day.

The stay was an excellent experience, the restaurants with waitress service was a Prime service, but upon check out they charged us for the entire stay that had already been paid on Expedia. Then they gave us the Expedia credit, which I bought because it was a good deal, but the hotel charged me the regular hotel rate which is about $156.40 more per night. I called Expedia and they are working on the situation, I hope they honor the Expedia price.

I found the areas and serene ambiance of the hotel wonderful. This hotel has the potential of a being a fabulous 5 star facility. The staff is friendly but seemed overwhelmed (understaffed). Also in need of better training and owning guest complaints. The f&b staff at the main restaurant, was almost good (at this time just ok). The fine dining staff was very good. I believe that with additional training of the staff, this hotel could be a secluded jewel. We loved the integration of the Natural Resources into the surroundings.

This property is absolutely stunning and immaculate. It is a secluded hotel, it is very clean, friendly staff, the views are breathtaking and the beach is safe and perfect for small children and snorkeling. I wouldn’t say it’s suitable for swimming as it is mostly shallow. Nonetheless, there are numerous beaches close to the property for swimming and other activities. The on-site drinks and food are delicious, but the prices are a bit high. We plan to visit again soon!

The shore of our beach changes seasonally, sometimes deeper, and other times shallower, but just steps away from our restaurant is Caña Gorda, the public beach which the guests have access to by walking from our shore. We also offer trips by ferry to Gilligan’s Island, which is a natural area protected by the Federal Natural Resources Department. Nice and beautiful resort. But restaurants are expensive, beach is not great and full of vegetarians, and no special programming entertainment or shows were provided.

Please accept are apologies about the beach; the shore of our beach changes seasonally, sometimes is deeper and other times more shallow where seaweed tend to accumulate but just steps away from our restaurant is Caña Gorda the public beach which the guests has access walking from our shore. Fantastic resort. Immediate area is fairly impoverished, resort was wonderful. Beaches clean on the resort (not so much outside the resort unfortunately), easy to rent a kayak and snorkeling gear. Nice having onsite restaurant, as dining options a bit limited in Guanica and beyond. Mellow vibe, fellow guests were kind and not there for all night party atmosphere. Hiking nearby.
