Atendimento muito bom, funcionários educados. Tinham alguns detalhes de limpeza a fazer, como a região da pia do banheiro. Não funcionava a regulagem de temperatura do chuveiro.

SATISFEITA

Hospedo-me nessa pousada frequentemente pela localização dela, fácil acesso à praia que mais gosto do Guarujá. Possuem uma piscina bem gostosa e limpa, ideal para o pós-praia. Os jovens que lá trabalham são bem solícitos. No café da manhã servem o básico, bem simples, pelo preço que foi cobrado daria pra oferecer mais. No geral, observa-se que a pousada necessita de manutenção em colchões, renovação de roupas de cama , mas nota-se que fazem isso bem lentamente.

Razoável

A pousada é simples, o atendimento excelente, o recepcionista muito educado e prestativo, por causa dele valeu a estadia, mas pelo preço não compensa, pois não tem café da manhã, serviço pago a parte. O quarto que fiquei foi recém reformado mas cheirava a fossa e quando íamos tomar banho escorria pelo banheiro todo atingindo o quarto. Internet ótima e ar condicionado razoável.

Localização é boa, mas o quarto deixa bastante a desejar, a cama não é confortável, fui utilizar a coberta e estava fedendo, fiz meu marido desligar o ar condicionado pq não tinha condições de dormir com aquela coberta! Eu tenho mto frio e ele mto calor!

Atendimento ótimo, colaboradores educados e prestativos, localização excelente, em frente a Praia do Mar Casado e bem próximo a Praia do Pernambuco, restaurantes bons e baratos nos entornos 5min a pé do Shopping Jequiti, porém, piscina bem suja com água verde, precisando trocar, chuveiros saindo pica água, precisa de manutenções simples que não são observadas e que fazem toda diferença para o conforto do hospede.

Não gostei devido os graves problemas no servimento de água portável da pousada e fui transferido para outra unidade em outra praia o que me deixou bem chateado, pois busquei acomodação na praia de Pernambuco Guarujá porque gosto muito de lá e tive que ir para um hotel localizado na praia da enseada Guarujá

Como não tem armário e nem mancebos para pendurar as roupas, as beliches viraram cabides. Imaginem se o quarto tivesse sido ocupado por quatro hóspedes? O chuveiro fica colado ao box, ficando desconfortável pra um banho. A água do box escorre pra fora, embora dê pra notar que passaram silicone recentemente. O café da manhã é fraquinho, com presuntados e suco tio Q suco. A área da piscina precisa melhorar, não é um espaço agradável. Se você quiser ir pra outras praias, a pousada não empresta e nem aluga cadeiras e guarda sóis.
