“We booked a deluxe room for 3 people only to get there for the receptionist to tell us they only had a double room in the basement and there was no manager so they couldn’t do anything about it. Even after messaging the manager I never got a reply. The sauna was also out of order.”
“I booked through Expedia. The room was clean, bed good - but no table or chair and would have been way too small for more than a solo traveller. Main purpose of the very nice deck seemed to be for the staff to lounge around when they weren't busy - bit off-putting”
