"Hotel was good. Staff was very friendly. The amenities were great. What could be better is in several occasions we called for extra towels or help with something and after waiting 30mins to an hour we had to call again. When asking about something for our room service order, we asked about something specific and they said they would have room service call us they never did. These things or course are being very minor and only mentioning so things can be improved. The hotel was clean could use a little updating; the fitness room, billard room, along with the room. We loved the vibe of the resort being very family friendly. We will definitely be coming back in the future."
