Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

4/10 Poor

"Dated hotel. Old furnishings and style from late 90's/early 2000's. Cleaners never cleaned our room until I asked staff, we'd come back from the beach each day late afternoon3-5ish and it still wouldn't have been cleaned. We had two adults and two kids on reservation but room had 3 towels. When I asked for them to come clean the room one afternoon and add a towel, the cleaners left a towel on the bed, but then took the other 3 and didn't replace them. Also the breakfast was mediocre at best. Wife said it was one of the blandest/worst eggs Benedict she ever had. Also I have Hilton Gold status so was confirmed we'd have a $30 food & bev credit daily. At checkout no records of this and was billed for it and had to get them to update. Only good thing was the location/beach."

"Room was good Staff needs some improvement as does the service n staff at the bar and grill Shower was very small n no water pressure Pool n hot tub was not open till hours after posted time and after calling front desk 2x Had to pay for parking as well as a scoop of ice at the bar n grill but never got service for food or drinks"

AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter

"The best part is the location of the AC Marriot but the front desk were not very helpful at times. Our rain shower did not work and they were slow to respond plus it did not work well after the maintenance person came. It was also very loud at night you could hear people partying and arguing in the hallway. I will not stay here again paid too much for yhe service I received."

"We enjoyed our stay even though we had to check out early. We were in walking distance of McGuires Irish Pub. It is wonderful. You have to eat there. I loved the free coffee in the morning!! I loved seeing the beach while laying at the pool. We walked back and forth from the beach to the pool. The hot tub was great too."

"We enjoyed our stay. The food was great, the room service was wonderful, and the staff was polite/helpful. The only improvement we’d recommend is the ability to park ourselves. It’s $40 per night and we only used our vehicle when we check in/out, so $240.00 to basically just park. The"
