The view was wonderful the living area was very nice. Beds were, ok. Communication left us all frustrated. I called prior to travel to ask if there were any problems from the recent hurricane. They said the pool had some sand but it would be cleaned by the weekend. When we arrived we found the pool filled 6foot with sand. We completely understand bad weather, but not lies. I called 3 times while at the room with little direction or accountability. I was told there would be a refund and they would be contacting us,… nothing! Poor communication and dishonesty! I can’t stand lies purely for a profit.
