"This hotel needs some attention, one elevator is broken and has been for months. The washer and dryer was also down. There was a lot of noise and although there are printed hours of quiet time they are not enforced.
Our car was hit while parked in the lot and when I ask for video footage, the manager Susan seemed unusually bothered and told me this was a police matter. Security stepped in and later tried to assist however advised there is no tape to view."
"The elevator was working when we carried all our stuff to the sixth floor checking in then the elevator stopped working we had to walk down 6 flights stairs to eat dinner and come back up 6 flights to our room.
