"The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was very old. Wasn’t a smart tv. Had to hook up my own firestick to watch anything. Not a huge deal but I thought it was odd for a nice hotel. The only other thing is that the jets need to be cleaned in the jacuzzi tub. There was all kinds of black debris/algae that was floating around in the tub and settled to the bottom when drained. To be honest, it left me with a gross feeling of the fact I had been soaking in someone else’s dirt. I hadn’t planned on contacting anyone but friends convinced me I should let someone know. I would be hesitant to go there again because of it. Sorry to complain. But someone should really run a cleaner through the jets of the tub."

"Great location and good stay except for the fire alarm testing in the morning! Why schedule that for 10:30 AM on Friday, why not schedule mid-day when most people are not in the hotel? Front desk staff were polite but not terribly friendly. Bar staff in lobby bar were great and provided lots of recommendations for local restaurants and pubs."
