"Stayed for 11 days zero cleaning of the room just changed towels daily. Room stinks badly. Fabric sofarbed who knows when the last time it was cleand and absolutely disgustin inside. Super weak shower and water running out from the shower. Clogged basin. Filthy dirty kitchen"

"Every time I’ve stay at the Avenue Hotel previously ( a lot ) With the level I have with hotels.com I’ve always had complimentary park included For some reason this was refused Hotel staff told me I would have to take it up with hotel.com Which attempted to call a number of time, but also emailed what had happened But nothing Subsequently I had to pay $60 more than what I had originally allowed for My boss wasn’t extremely unhappy with me and Hotels.com"

"Have stayed here before so happy to stay here again. Some fittings in the bathroom fell off - such as taps, toilet roll holder part etc - and we had to put them back on, but besides that, we were happy with our stay there. Well-equipped apartment in nice location. Coles not too far away. (Walking to the Coles was a pleasant walk, as well as quick drive.) I like the area. My husband was competing at the National Master's Championships. Not the closest location from Forrest Hotel and Apartments, but as I liked the apartments, we were happy to drive each day to that, and the War Memorial etc."
