"There was a slight mix up on our room when we got there but they were so helpful and friendly! Our room was spotless and warm and enjoyed the food and drinks too :) We will definitely be back!!"

"The five stars are simply a matter of value for a family stay. The hotel was clean, TV and WiFi worked well, water was hot, hot tub was hot, and breakfast better than average. I kept waiting to experience the catch from such an unusually low price, but we never did. Is it a Ritz Carlton, no, but what one pays for juxtaposed with what one gets? Really quite good value we were happy with. The one area for improvement would be the pool, which was fairly frigid, but even that was fun next to the hot whirlpool, like an ice bath."
