Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectation. Very clean. Very new/modern look. Great location to restaurants, convenience stores, entertainment, and local sites.

It is a bit noisy at night as the hotel is located in the middle of busy entertainment district. However, the location and access to shopping and restaurants was great. Above all, the staff was very kind.

Close to lots of coffee shops and dining. The subway is about a 15 minute walk away. The beds are firm compared to what I’m use to in the States, but the shower and tub were super nice. Breakfast was good, a few western choices but mostly Asian style breakfast.

The rooms are very well appointed with tile, marble, granite on all surfaces. The rooms are large and comes with jetted tubs with separate shower and separate toilet. The condition of the room is exceelnt, no maintenance issues at all. Each room comes with a steam cleaning appliance for pressing, drying and steaming hangup clothing. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast very tasty. It would have been a perfect stay if the following can be improved: 1) there is no "do not disturb" sign in the room. As such, there was difficulty in ensuring that the housekeeping staff would not enter your room if you do not want to have your room cleaned. 2) there is difficulty in controlling the temperature in the room. The toilet lamp also went off from time to time. Sometimes even when I was taking a shower! 3) one of the reception staff was very rude and impolite. She never smiled, and would not look up even when talked to. All other hotel staff, however, were very helpful and friendly, in particular the girl serving at the restaurant during breakfast time. She has not only performed her role diligently but she was also very helpful and sweet.

We stayed four nights in this hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic and the staff are really facilitative. The included breakfasts were really good, especially if you are Korean, for Westerners, the choice isn't great but quite good just the same. If you arrive by metro, the hotel is about a 12 minute walk, so not too bad but the area where the hotel is located, has a lot of lot karaoke bars, so at bit dirty, especially in the mornings; certainly not in keeping with the clean standard of Korean streets. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay.
