"The hotel is great for convenience and having a washing machine in each room, but at the same time it's pretty sparse. My bathroom also smelled of mold after each shower. The front desk staff struggled with English, and limited the amount of water given out. They also couldn't recommend any nearby restaurants, when asked. The neighborhood is not touristy, which is nice, but also means doing your own research to find things. It was a good price, though, all things considered."

"Such a great stay! Was conveniently located. The complimentary water and tea in the lobby was always stocked, and so incredibly refreshing coming back in from the heat. The free ramen at night was great, too!"

"The single room I stayed in was compact, but much more spacious than other single rooms I've set tayed in. Had everything I needed, even a big desk to work from. Breakfast is Korean style, which might not suit some western tastes. Lobby is basic and small, if that matters to you, but has hot and chilled water and a microwave you can use. Overall a great location near public transport that will get you anywhere in the city. Will absolutely be checking this hotel for availability next time I'm in Seoul."

"Very upscale hotel and the prices in the surrounding areas to match. If you're traveling on a budget, probably not the best area in South Korea. That said, three staff are great. Recommend buying your lotte world passes directly at the hotel if you're planning on going."
