"My partner and I stayed for 1 night as a birthday gift. Our room was huge and spotless clean. The bed was great and very comfortable. However, the room was cold and despite a small fan heater the room did not heat up. The shower was over the bath and when on soaked the bathroom as no shower curtain. We had our evening meal in the bar area and it was beautiful, lots of flavour and piping hot. Not much choice on the menu and a little basic but good on price. Drinks were a bit pricey. We took advantage of the spa as guests to the hotel can use it for free. The gym was great and well equipped, the pool was lovely and I really enjoyed the sauna and steam room, it was very relaxing. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was a help yourself affair with a good choice of food from cereals, ham, cheese, fruit and pastries to a full cooked breakfast. There was also juice, tea and coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but next time would like a warmer room please."

"Cold in the manor part need heating on in cellar bar and pad bar, the pool needs a good clean black areas on pool tiles and around rails not enough loungers showers out of order in pool area one of the tapas dishes was really cold and should of been warm maids very noisy outside room at 8.30 knocked on door 9.30 however they were all minor issues and we enjoyed our stay pad Thai food really good, a pint of lager is £7.75, staff lovely good entertainment in evening we will come back"

"Reception staff friendly and helpful Room was clean, however really hot during the Night so we had to keep window open. Little noise from outside. Drinks were expensive from bar but expected."
