HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital Tours

The waterpark was only open Friday thru Sunday so we used it one day because we left Saturday morning for the airport. As soon as we got in we were coraled to investing and them trying to plan a time for us to talk about the timeshare. That wasn't what we were there for then got kinda snotty when we said no multiple times.we never received our complementary margaritas.The cabinets had bugs in the glasses, in the toilets and showers.The freezer kept freezing up with the ice so we had to fix it each day. A picture over our couch had a spit of chew on it the TV in living room at the top has a line going thru it so that is starting to go and one of the tvs in the bedroom didn't even work. I was truly disappointed for this resort with all the referrals I got. Thank you!
