"Offered room service delivered. Room service called my room but was on hold and then line disconnected. I never got the food and after waiting almost 2 hours ordered through Uber Eats. I tried contacting them several times online with no phone number to call with no reply to my messages. "

"Parking was good. Staff ok. Breakfast still had a little over an hour for breakfast. No milk. No waffles had to ask for more waffle batter that was like pulling teeth. No coffee one staff came and got the coffee going. So if you want a good breakfast to start your day. Don't count on getting there"

"The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom door nob was ready to fall off, the smoke alarm was missing and had exposed wires hanging from the ceiling. I had to use the key card multiple times before the door unlocked. Thefe were many long term guests, some smoked marijuana. "
