Great place to stay with young kids

We spent 5 nights there and had a great time in family. The kids zone is a great addition when you have young kids. Special Shout out to Simon who really made a difference.

Very comfy beds and great showers, the food in the restaurant was nice. Staff were friendly and An helped me book travel and a tour around the bay. Bit out of town but it's an easy 10 min ride. Only negative was the sky bar was closed.

Lovely huge hotel in the hills overlooking Halong. If you are arriving in Halong the night before your cruise then this is the place to stay. Huge rooms, pool and an incredible view truly set this hotel apart. Highly recommended

We were there for 2 nights. The indoor pool heater did not turn on, the restaurant/bar on the top floor did not open. Nothing to do inside the hotel and surrounding other than golf. The view, however, is magnificent.

Nice hotel with good indoor and outdoor pool and gym which closes at 7pm unfortunately. During our two night stay Bamboo restaurant and Sky Bar closed. As the hotel is built on a steep hill you need transport for local shops and restaurants.

Five star hotel / resort with great rooms, view and buffet breakfast. Good indoor and outdoor pool and gym which closes at 7pm unfortunately. Sky Bar and Bamboo restaurant also closed. As the property is located on top of a steep hill, transport is required to local shops and restaurants.
