The Location is good and there are enough parking around the property. However the room could have more lamps as the light design was a bit dark. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. The water pressure in the kitchen sink was good

The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful.

Loved everything. I was a little hesitant with a self-check in but it was perfect and exactly what we needed after a lovely but hectic European adventure filled with cities and people — being able to feel like we were “home” and in an apartment-style hotel with our rental car and kitchen and laundry room was absolutely refreshing. The place was immaculate and everything was user-friendly so no need for on-site staff. Parking was available less than a minute away and the town was small, cute, and quiet but still offered plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores while being close enough to both airports. We rented a car but I did notice bus stops as well, so definitely accessible. I’d love to stay again, I’m already planning our next trip even if it may be a couple years from now!

The place is new and super clean. There isn't a lot of air flow in the rooms, so on warm days the room gets hot with no way to cool off. Overall, great just surprised that cooling internally isn't an option in each room.

The password of the main entrance provided in the message was incorrect that causing us panic when we arrived. We had to call to staff and they would provide help immediately. Apart from that, the room is really spacious and clean. It is really family friendly.

Booked Studio deluxe with ample space incl. dining table, kitchen and couch. Very modern, clean and functional apartment. Free parking. Super starting point for day excursions incl. Reykjavik, Golden Circle, etc. +30 minutes to Keflavik. Highly recommend Strand Hotel Apartments. Will definitely return by next opportunity.

I thought that this hotel was really great! It is a great place to stay if you are visiting Iceland and want to save money by cooking your own food. There is no staff, so if you want your room cleaned often and changed, this isn’t the place for you. The WiFi is absolutely terrible so if that is something you really need I highly suggest not staying here. There as some problems with a ton of hair attached to towels and what not, but I think that’s a laundry issue, not a cleanliness issue. This is a new hotel, so once they work out all the kinks I think this is going to be a highly sought after place to stay. Finally, this is not a great location if you plan to visit the City Center often and don’t have a car.

The apartment was perfectly clean, it was ideal for 3 with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom is super quality. It is very well situated in Hafnarfjordur, with restaurants nearby, and ~12mk away from Reykjavík. Parking is easy around, entry and exit is automated and the cleaning staff is very nice too.

The room was very spacious and excellent. The bathroom was also large and clean, and I really liked that everything seemed newly built. There were a few minor drawbacks, however. The lighting in the room was far too dim, and the light fixture above the dining table looked rather unusual and did not appear very clean. In addition, the laundry room did not seem to be properly maintained.
