"if you are a backpacker traveling in Europe this is the place for you. Cheap, no aircon and common toilet and bath.. It has no staff, communication is by email. Booked by a friend for 3 days. We left after we saw the facility. We did not stay. Non- refundable if booked through Expedia."

"The staff is incredibly helpful. I arrived late because my flight was delayed, and they were still at the front desk, ready to assist me. The breakfast was the most varied I've ever seen at a hotel, and everything was spotless. The hotel's location is extremely central, making it easy to get around. The morning receptionist was wonderful and shared fascinating stories about what it's like to live through the winter in Finland. I would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"Beautiful location on a lake. Relaxing place to stay. Buffet breakfast was varied and tasty. Only thing that was unusual to me as I'm not from Finland, is that the indoor pool and Sauna is only available in the morning till around 10am, and sometimes in the evening. I believe this is just a cultural difference. Staff were exceptional."

"The room is very comfortable and decently decorated with a comfortable king size bed. The location in Tapiola Garden city is excellent for the local architecture. The parking is expensive and the coffee at breakfast was pretty ordinary. Highly recommended for people wanting to be in the centre of Tapiola."
