The hotel is not in a new building, but the room was large and decorated well.

“One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners.
Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay.
I would surely love to stay here again!”
“They charged me twice the payment amount without any notice and still get no response why since I check out on 25th!! Hardware was good but i need to know why double charged and when Lemon tree will cancel my second payment!!! I am really disappointed with slow response from them.”
“The services at this hotel are excellent. I was traveling solo from the US and found the staff to be extremely helpful. I was taking an Uber from Mumbai to Shirdi and was initially worried about my safety. However, the staff member, Loknath, went above and beyond by taking the Uber driver's number and details. He even called the driver to ensure I reached Shirdi safely. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.”
“We had a one night stopover in Mumbai from 5pm and leaving for airport at 8am. These guys at this hotel were very welcoming and organised for us to have rooms on ground floor so we did not have to go up any stairs (there are no lifts). Being over 70 it was very much appreciated. They organised our taxis for us so we were very happy with the service. The rooms were clean and found this hotel ideal for our circumstances.

"Seems like hotel needs to remodeling the rooms. Air conditioner is very dirty and has bad smell so I cannot turn on for all day during 6-days of staying. Thank got it was Nov.
Rooms are spacious but bed is bend in the middle due to long time uses.
Locations is good to have fine restaurants in walking distance and services are good.
Breafast is good too. They have serveral hot meals option for indian food.
