"Room was clean, check in was fast, hot breakfast was very helpful before leaving for the cruise shuttle to the port. Hotel shuttle was quite delayed after missing out on seats at the airport, they quoted 40-50 minutes because they cover 3 properties. We had to pay for a shuttle to get us there with tired, irritable kids which was a disappointment. "
