Besser in ein anderes Hotel in Halberstadt!

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber Klimakompressorlärm die ganze Nacht aus dem Innenhof. Service und vor allem das Frühstück sind richtig ist schlecht. Aufback- Brötchen, nur hart gekochte Eier und das soll ein 4 Sternehotel sein, niemals.

Hotel ist sehr sauber. Personal ist nicht wirklich greifbar. Rezeption selten besetzt. Zimmerschlüssel gab es aus dem Schließfach. Restaurant nur für Frühstück geöffnet. Frühstück überschaubar und nichts besonderes. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber absolut ok.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums gelegen, hatte ich glücklicherweise daran gedacht, das Faltfahrrad mitzunehmen. Die Öffis sind leider fast unschlagbar schlecht und fahren ab frühem Abend und sonntags nicht. Das Hotel ist ansprechend, sauber und das grosse Zimmer wirklich gut klimatisiert bei 31 °C aussen. Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl und guter Kaffeemaschine. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig den Lift habe ich vermisst.

Personal war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Einmal beim Frühstück kurz und beim Check-Out. Frühstückszeit ist bis 09:30 Uhr. Allerdings war um 08:30 nur noch 1 Ei, 4 kleine Scheiben Wurst, 2 Brötchen, 2 Scheiben Brot und etwas Käse vorhanden. Klar, Müsli hab es ohne Ende. Aber ich esse ausschließlich Wurst und Ei - also Sparflamme - hungrig in dem Tag starten. Irritierend: Das Restaurant hat geschlossen - nirgends im Netz oder am Haus ein Hinweis dazu. Und das, obwohl das Hotel in einer kulinarischen Wüste liegt; man muss also wieder los. Beim Check-Out habe ich dann erfahren, dass das Rest wohl an dem 01.09. einen neuen Betreiber haben wird.

Eine klare Empfehlung

Das Buchen und Änderungen sind völlig einfach und jederzeit möglich. Anreisen nach 18:00 Uhr sind problemlos möglich aber vorher abzustimmen, damit der Zimmerschlüssel im Tresor hinterlegt wird. Kein großer Schnickschnack oder übertriebener Prunk sondern Konzentration auf das Wesentliche und die Zimmer der Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, mit Fliesenboden ausgestattet, modern und mit einem separatem Bad eingerichtet. Frühstück ist angemessen, ausreichend, nett angerichtet und in Teilen auf Convenience-Produkte ausgerichtet.

Kleines, recht neues Hotel, daher keine dauerhaft besetzte Rezeption. Das Einchecken war trotzdem sehr gut organisiert. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Zimmer geräumig, die Betten sehr bequem. Fussläufig zum Zentrum, gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.

Frühstück schwach!

Beim Frühstück ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das ausgebreitet hinstellen von Joghurtbechern sollte wohl die überschaubare Auswahl überdecken. Hier erwartet man von eimen 4* Hotel deutlich mehr.

Das Hotel war sehr chic und modern eingericht. Leider haben wir eine Infomappe/Stadtplan von Halberstadt auf dem Zimmer vermisst. Und da wir während der regulären Rezeptionszeiten angereist sind war diese nicht besetzt. Es hing eine Telefonnummer an der Tür die man anrufen konnte, hier wude uns dann der PIN für den Schlüsseltresor genannt in dem unser Zimmerschlüssel hinterlegt war.Hat also auch gut geklappt, aber fanden wir ziemlich ungewöhnlich.
