The room was very nice. Very clean and everything updated and new. We had a large room with window seat, gas fireplace and fresh and soft white robes. Outside of hotel doesn’t reflect what’s inside, but the inside (your room) is the most important.

Clean, recently renovated rooms with a small electric fireplace! Cool lighting features throughout the room as well. The front desk employee was very nice and helpful, and the location was nearby shops and restaurant and a small liquor/food store. Would highly recommend

The hotel manager was wonderful, and the rooms were beautifully renovated and very clean. Their free coffee was delicious as well!

For the price point i would expect that everything in the room worked. The TV was broken and the place was super noisy. Tou could hear neighbors conversations as if they were in the room with you. Right by the highway too so the traffic noise was very loud.

Nice property. Enjoyed the coffee machine. We walked to dinner across the road. Friendly staff. Our neighbors were loud on the second night and our keys stopped working both days. Overall great location and nice place to stay.

The property was very clean and inviting. Our room said the vanity mirror didn't work but it did. Love the robes and the technology. It was peaceful and serene.

We booked a room through Expedia which gave this location a 9.3/10 rating. When we got there is looked seedy, had sketchy people in the parking lot, which was full and a mattress and truck size dumpster in the parting lot. We called Expedia to try to cancel but they said they were holding us to the Harbor View Inn's policys and needed to penalize us $209 for the cancellation. We are still in dispute over this site.

It is right on the highway pretty much on the opposite side from the ocean so most of the ocean sound was covered up by traffic sounds.

This was our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. The check in experience is easy and nice. The room is comfortable and it’s in a great HMB location.

Not a bad hotel, but nothing special either. Rooms are nice size, but noise from adjoining rooms was quite evident (tv, people talking on cellphones, etc.) Ear plugs in the bathroom might also point to street noise. Not a bad place, and would probably stay here again, but does not mat h the ratings given on the travel web sites.

Had one-night stay at this Inn. It was beyond my expectation. I thought there would be a lot of loud traffic noises but turned out not. I had a 2nd-floor corner room. It was QUIET. The window faces the highway but the sound insulation seems well made. The sound of the cars were minimized. The room has a heat pump instead of a window air conditioner. The heat pump was much more quieter in my opinion. Plus they provide earplugs, which worked really well. The road had few traffic at night. With the earplugs on I had a very good sleep. Other things, the room is spacious. The bedding was very good. Bathroom was very clean. Power outlets on both sides of the beds. Very convenient. By the way there is no elevator but just stairs. But it is a two-story building.

Clean and spacious room with some harbor view. Comfortable bed with king size pillows. The only drawback is the proximity to the highway, but the traffic road noise is less at night.
