Hi Joana, sorry to hear that there was an issue with the bedding upon your arrival. Our Park does have an after hours phone number to call, if you had called the on-call staff member we would have come down and changed the sheets for you. There were house cleaners rostered on the following morning, so if you had come down to Reception to inform us once again we would have had one of girls come in first thing to change the sheets on the bed.
